For Universities – Benefit Types in Higher Education – Hosting of University Events

LEARN Logistics may collaborate with partnering universities to host a Student Competition targeting specifically students studying logistics and supply chain management-related study programs. Such Student Competition can be exclusively open for enrolled students within the university, or also open for students from other national or international students. The objective of such competitions is to reveal innovative approaches and solutions for theoretical or practical-related challenges. In the latter case, universities may cooperate with local companies and establish challenges to solve a set problem. Depending on the set-up, students may compete individually or in groups within the allowed period and develop innovate solutions that address the company’s need and can actually be implement. Such format is often referred to as “Hackathon”, which is only one example for a Student Competition that LEARN Logistics partnering university may offer to its students. We are open to e.g., fund the prizes for the top-winning students and support with a network of academic or professionals, if required.
