Description
Each faculty of a university is surely composed of highly qualified academics who teach the concepts and theories related to business management, logistics, and supply chain management. To change the perspectives and complement the taught theories, LEARN Logistics is open to fund professionals or other academics from outside of the own university to provide niche-knowledge or present best-practice cases. Absorbing various approaches, opinions, and skills from full-time faculty, but also from local, national, and international guest lecturers will best shape the future expert logisticians. LEARN Logistics is open to fund particularly guest lecturers from its international professional and academic network as it will diversify topical opinions the most. Our provided guest lecturers may consume half a day up-to a full week of teaching but do usually not take over an entire module or course. LEARN Logistics does not support flying faculties but aims to build up local capacities. Therefore, guest lecturers shall best be understood as icing on the cake, i.e., an extraordinary opportunity for students and also faculty to learn from professional leaders about the latest LSCM applied concepts, regulations, and technologies.
