For Universities – Benefit Types in Higher Education – Student Experience

LEARN Logistics is a strong supporter of applied education and therefore is open to collaborate with universities on funding for student excursions to logistics and supply chain management related facilities. Field trips will give students the opportunity to experience theoretically taught content in a real-life business environment and to understand the inbound and outbound flows of goods within their region and nationwide. Every student should have the opportunity to visit national gateway hubs such as sea or dry ports, cargo areas of airports, multi-modal terminal, drone terminals, etc… Besides public supra-structure, students may also see private best-in call logistics solutions such as e.g., high bay warehouses, automated or semi-automated processing systems, central distribution centers, cold-chain storages, etc… LEARN Logistics is convinced that field trips will widen the horizon of students about the diversity of modern approaches and solutions towards logistical challenges. We therefore are open to fund or co-fund transportation and catering for student excursions if appropriate.
