Professional Conduct

LEARN Logistics applies the highest professional, moral, and ethical standards and therefore established this Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct. All articles and details are binding to all LEARN Logistics employees, contractors, beneficiaries, donors, or any other stakeholder that in any form interacts with LEARN Logistics gGmbH.

We acknowledge that the LEARN team and partners' relations depend upon trust, mutual respect, and appreciation of our diversity. We welcome the fact that our work in the program may present us with various cultural and ethical challenges, and we believe that we are best equipped to embrace those challenges by being open to and respectful to our differences.

LEARN further acknowledges that the integrity of the program is sustained and protected by LEARN reputation. When working with partners and other stakeholders, LEARN acts with accountability, integrity, and transparency. We also strike to maintain and improve upon professional competences and support only projects that we are appropriately qualified to manage. LEARN enters into realistic contracts, honors all contractual obligations, and delivers results accordingly.

Importantly, anyone working for or with LERAN Logistics, its branches or affiliated units and organizations shall avoid any real or perceived conflict of interest and disclose to the LEARN management if they exist and reject all forms of bribery and equivalent forms.
